I am waiting for a replacement becausey couch came with a tear. I send pics and they can't find them.

Purchased this for my daughter's apt at college. Have had it over two months and it's still looking great. Material wipes clean (and you know how messy college kids are) and is holding up well, no wear or tears.

Great buy all around. A little stiff if you are use to the sofas you sink into, but still very comfortable. Extremely great sofa and larger than the picture makes it seem.

The couch is really beautiful. A little firm, but I think it's better for the long haul (and will hold up better to a 6 yr old). The couch arrived quickly but the delivery company did not confirm the time. So the driver had to return at a later time (it was the same day so it was not a problem). Overall, this was a great deal!

After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided to "go for it" on this couch. We are so thankful for this review process and so glad we put our faith in the online process, which can be scary when buying even a towel and washcloth, but terrifying when purchasing furniture!! I have had such positive luck with buying other, smaller furniture on Overstock (i.e. chairs, entertainment center, toybox, barstools, etc.) that I was able to take this leap of faith with something bigger. We are so glad we did! It arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks from time of purchase, was in perfect condition, and no assembly required. You can smell the leather from several feet away, and we haven't had one guest in our home who hasn't raved about our new purchase. It opened up the space in our modest-sized home so much, and is much more "kid friendly" than the fabric furniture we had previously. In short, if you are like us, and are waivering, go ahead and do it. :) Life is short, the furniture is beautiful/expensive looking, and you won't regret it. We also love that the cushions don't come off (our others were moving around on us all the time!) but some people see that as a down-side, from reading the reviews.

Really like the couch....it's darker than the picture suggests, but it's a very rich, deep brown and super comfortable. Easy to clean. My only complaint was that it took several weeks to arrive. But home delivery/setup was very professional.

I ordered this sofa without consulting with my partner first. I was very nervous because he is extremely picky especially since this sofa is used in the family room of the first home we purchased together--our dream home. It is spectacular. He loves it and so do I. The sofa looks much more expensive than it actually is and at our house warming party it got rave reviews...even from our friend who is a prominent interior designer! Thanks Overstock...I guess the marriage is on!

I am VERY picky when it comes to furniture. I purchase only pieces that are quality leather, as I hate the look of cheapness that fake/cheap leather couches have. I was a little nervous about purchasing this online, but when it arrived (only 8 days later) I was extremely happy. The couch is beautiful and of great quality. The seats are firm, but not so much that it's uncomfortable - just remember, you won't be 'falling' into the cusions. Buy with complete confidence. The color is what I expected - dark brown.

I searched for a similar leather sofa and couldn't find anything close to the price they offered on overstock. The large store brands were nearly 3x the price for similar products. I was hesitant like most people to buy a sofa unseen online but the for the price I finally gave in I just couldn't justify paying 3x the price for the "store name". The sofa has been woderful. I have two small dogs who play on the sofa and they don't leave any marks. The leather is thick yet manages to still be comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate in buying this sofa it is a great deal for the price.

The product is as good as expected and ordering the product was simple. However, the shipping fiasco was just that, a fiasco. Coordinating the delivery with the 3rd party delivery company was difficult and then the deliverymen would not follow their own agreement. I had to speak with the delivery supervisor and express my frustration before I could adequately receive the couch.

I received my set yesterday. I was a little nervous about ordering furniture online; however, after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a shot. I must say, I am impressed. The quality, workmanship, color, and comfort are unmatched. I had checked all my local stores and could not find a comparable set in chocolate brown. I love the deep, rich color. I immediately ordered the ottoman to complement the set. I love it. You won't go wrong with this set. Note that the color is truly a chocolate brown. The picture doesn't do the set justice!

If you assume that this is a leather couch, then this sofa LOOKS great. Just don't plan to sit on it. If you do, make sure you sit SLOWYLY. The cushions are so stiff you could bounce off of the couch if you are not careful. Of course this is an exaggeration, but seriously, this is not a comfortable couch. The cushions are so tight that the couch almost looks and feels plastic. You can find quality couches in stores in this price range. I highly recommend testing the merchandise before you purchase. I won't be making purchases like this online again. Delivery was relatively quick - arriving in about 2 1/2 weeks.

EXCELLENT! I was very sceptical about buying a couch online but we took a chance and we're soooo glad we did. I had been shopping for the perfect couch for a year when I found this one. We have kids and dogs and although they don't run wild throughout the house, kids will be kids! The leather is great quality and really soft. It is very dark brown in color, probably alittle more than it looks online. It looks like a $4,000 couch easy. The delivery service had great communciation and were really nice to deal with. If you're looking for a really nice leather couch this is the one!

I must admit I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a leather couch on-line, however, I couldn't be happier that I took the risk. This couch is not only beautiful but the quality is superb. I strongly recommend this leather chaise to anyone who is in the market for something similar. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

This sectional is wonderful craftmanship wise but the color is very deceiving...It is listed as Brown Leather Sectional but it is really Dark, Dark Brown. It almost looks black.

I lucked out - I wanted to make sure that two people could curl up together with their legs up on the chaise extension, and ottoman 1015445 makes that fully possible - it's made by the same company & I took my chances and am thrilled.

I have had leather furniture in the past, but never anything that even comes close to the quality of this. The leather is thick and taut with a nice "Buttery" feel, not at all stiff and fake looking. The stitch detail is amazing as well. It would be a steal at the full $3000 retail price! Awesome!

I was very leary of purchasing a sofa online without being able to test it. This sofa has turned out to be absolutely wonderful. It is very nice quality, much more than I expected. It's not the least bit flimsy, which was a concern. I have several dogs and thought they might scratch up cheap leather. But it's just beautiful and even the dogs love it. The chaise section is a little bit "springier" than the loveseat section and there is no bracket that holds the pieces together (this is common in most sectionals now). Other than those very minor details, I couldn't find something wrong with this sectional if I tried. I am really happy I bought it and I would definitely recommend it.

This couch is beautiful! It's darker than what the photo looks like and very comfortable. It's very easy to clean and has a lot of style. I shopped a lot for a sectional and nothing came close to the price for this style. The only think I don't like about it is that the pillow portions of the couch are afixed to the couch. That might be more of a personal preference but I kinda wished they were able to come off. Either way it's just what I wanted! Shipping was FAST and easy. Highly recommended.
