This is the third of these pin ups I have bought....I've used them up and down my hallway stairs as night lights. With low wattage bulbs they give plently of light and look wonderful.....my walls are painted a sort of copper color and these lights make the whole area just glow .

These are lovely, and look exactly like the picture. Perfect on either side of our brass bed. The only surprise were their size, which is larger than I imagined. But that worked out too.

the lamp was so pretty in appearance but the featured product neglected to add that you need to do your own wiring, so putting it together was not so simple as just hanging it up. the price was great and now I understand why, but overall again the look is lovely and worth the effort.

We purchased two of these lamps for our den. We They were very easy to assemble and install. The only item that was not clear was the electrical line cord switch. We went online and researched installation of an electrical line switch and have been enjoying the lamps. They look better than in the picture and give you suttle lighting, We put 7 watt nite-lite bulbs in and they look fantastic. If you have a small amount of floor space, this is the perfect solution.

I admit, I have no electrical background...but I am able to follow instructions. However, the diagram with the instructions is worthless. The main pieces are easy to assemble, but when it comes to the wiring...that was interesting. If you know someone or can pay to have it assembled, do it. Once I had it assembled and hanging, I love it.

The light is nice. The directions really do stink. It is much easier to do the wiring if you use common sense instead of the directections provided. It is nice, but with the rod attached that hangs down, there is no room for a switch, so you have to use the outlet for on and off. If you do not attach the rod that covers the wire, you could use the line switch but it would not be as attractive. The Plug: cut the exposed wire off, press the end of the still rubberized wire, deep into the well on the inside right of the plug, then press the cord down on the two prongs, (one on either side) firmly. pressing firmly on the cord, close the cap. Test the light in an outlet that has a trip or surge protecter. If it doesnt work, just make sure the wide prong on the plug and the side of the cord with the groove in it is facing in the direction it is supposed to, press down firmly again on the prongs, and replug. Good luck, after it is finished, it is very nice, and looks expensive.

This is a very lovely lamp. The bottom color is less brown as it is in the picture and more of a mauve. These are not easy colors to find in a lamp. The cord cover is about 3 feet, which is typical for these type of lamps and I would prefer the on and off switch not be on the cord itself. The directions are not well written, but it is not difficult to put together. It took longer for me to move the furniture and drill the holes than it did to assemble. Overall it is a pretty lamp at a great price.

this exact lamp sold for $40 more @ another web site. It works excellent in the small space I needed it for. This is the first time for me ordering from overstock and it won't be the last.

These lights (I bought two) are beautiful. They make for elegant lighting in my living room.The one draw back is that the switches to turn off the lights don't work. I have to unplug the lights to turn them off.

These ( I purchased 2 ) sconces are lovely. The're quite classy looking. I plan to have them frame the archway in my double parlor. the colors are soft & muted; perfect for an accent, without distracting the eye away from the other vibrant-colored Tiffany lamps in th room. Too busy with Christmas to have put them up yet! I would strongly recommend them, though.

I bought 2 of these lamps to hang on the wall, and as they are billed as "plug ins," it seemed that it would be easy to do. What a laugh! These lamps do NOT come assembled AT ALL . Besides assembling the lamp body, the cord is not even hooked to the electrical plug! You will need an electrician to assemble the plug and cord parts. Mine are just sitting in a closet til I can afford to hire an electrician. The instructions are pitiful. The cord itself is extremely difficult to pull through the cord cover. The cord covers are very short and would only reach partially to the floor. I am totally disappointed with this purchase and may try to send them back. If I could I'd rate this "deal" a minus 5.

Need to be more specific in the description of the product - whether it's corner or wall. They are very nice lamps and well worth the price.

the sconces are great, most of the assembly was very simple; HOWEVER, you need to wire the plug on the end of the cord. Not easy if you are not an electrician, mainly due to poor intructions. I had a friend do it for me who had done it before and knew what he was doing. When I attempted to do so with the enclosed instructions, I blew a circuit breaker.

This is an absolutely a beautiful lamp and a very good value. Everyone who has seen it loves it. The only problem I had was with the electric cord -- the on/off switch. The directions were incomplete. I called the service # and they were great and walked me through the process.

I had broken my wall lamp and searched on Overstock (as usual) for a replacement. The lamp is prettier than in the picture. Directions for assembly were fairly simple; however, I found myself not knowing how to integrate the on/off switch! The directions never addressed the switch. I turn the lamp on by plugging it in, but it is still a wonderful value and very nice looking in my living room.

THIS BEAUTIFUL WALL SCONCE WAS A ADDED DECLORATION IN MY LIVING ROOM. I HAVE GOTTON SO AMNY CONMENTS ABOUT HOW THEY ADD RICHNESS TO MY WALL. THE ACCENT SCONCES ADD BEAUTY, BOTH DAY AND NIGHT. IN THE DAY WHEN I TURN THEM ON MY PRINT AND THE SCONCES ADD SO A WARM AND COZY ATMOSPHERE. WHEN EVENING COMES A WARM BRILLANT, LIGHT SURROUNDS THE PAINTING WHICH IT GIVES LIGHT TO,ALSO ADDS TO THE ATMOSPHERE TO OUR LIVING ROOM.
