Work great so far
It may not be the best seat, but well worth more than $****. It fit firm in place unlike the cheaper brand which rock side to side too much. The profile is slim, and look very nice togther with toliet. There is nozzle preclean and after clean funtion with body weight sensor each time you sit on it. Water warm up very quickly. (not ask quick as $1500 **** seat at my work thought which has almost no delay). All the fittings come with the package are usable without leaking, unlike my last seat I bought (differen brand). Overall I am very happy with it.

Perfect for every age. We saw a similar item at a very high end hotel. The price may seem high be it's not once you try it out. Now own another.

Hurts
PROS : Love the refreshness feeling; Love the style of the product CONS : Water stream is way to sharp. I have owned other brnads and never had this issues; Angle of the femenine wash is way off. I have read same complaints from else where too. I guess it is design defect ; remote is way too small and difficult to identify buttons. Product concept is great but this product has lots of room for improvements.

Love the Swash.
I love the Swash. When it arrived the contractor noticed that the model did not have the dryer and aeration features that are needed for the care of a senior citizen. I was delighted when the customer service representative advised me that the 1000 model had all of the features that I thought were on the 900 model. She provided excellent customer service, sent my new Swash 1000 to me within days, and provided the UPS return materials to send back the 900 model. The SWASH is awesome. I am telling all my friends about it. Fantastic product for everyone!

Pleased with purchase
I like this product very much. It lives up to the description. The only thing I would do differently is to order the model with the auto dryer. It would have been worth the extra money.
