  • Just what I was looking for!

    Purchased for new construction so have not actually used it yet. In testing, it seems quiet for the power it is supposed to produce. I was looking for a vent hood to hide under a mantel in my kitchen. This was perfect. In fact, my cabinet maker recommended this to another customer of his who could not find anything to use. I checked locally and O.co saved me over $300 on the hood and liner! Way to go O! I have purchased so many items from o.co for my new house. They never fair to ship quickly and provide excellent customer service.

is this range hood the type you would use when building your own custom hood and need an insert for the actual mechanicals for the blower? I want to build my own "shell" around it, but not sure if this is what I need. pennacowboy on Mar 28, 2012

Yes, this is the unit you would use if you where building your own custom hood. This unit comes with the a 400 cfm blower, lights and control panel. The only other optional items that I would look at to purchase is the 30” liner(sku 11691075) or 36” liner (sku 11694076).
