Again, as others have mentioned, it's scary to buy a focus point in your kitchen without seeing it in person. However, my house in VT burned and I have rebuilt with all bathroom fixtures, flooring, lamps etc from Overstock. Their quality is mostly excellent and great looking. The range hood is no exception, two magnificent speeds and good lighting. The exhaust diameter is larger than my previous hood and as a result my kitchen stays almost odorless. I do love Overstock!

This is a beautiful hood, exactly what I was looking for. The fan is louder than expected, but only when on the highest level.

I had researched Range Hoods for some time during our kitchen renovation and Broan stood out as the product I thought would be best for us. I was right. The fan is super quiet and looks great in our kitchen. Like any of the other new products we bought for our kitchen, the instructions for installation were lacking in clarity, but we forged on and completed the task. One thing that I found misleading was the need for a recessed outlet. The plug is designed at 90 degrees and this made it tough to plug into a recessed outlet. Do yourself a favor and use a regular outlet.

We just received the Broan Elite chimney Wall hood for our new home and it's exactly what we were looking only at a much more reasonable price. We have not installed it yet but we did plug it in to see how the fan sounds and it's pretty good. The first few levels you can't even hear the fan but highest level you can however that's to be expected. Overall it looks good, sounds good and shipping was fast and it also was well packed and protected! Can't wait to have it installed!

The hood looks great in our kitchen and we saved hundreds over inferior and less attractive models we saw in box retailers. Everything came in great shape and the assembly/installation was easy for someone who is handy around the house. We were skeptical about purchasing without actually seeing it but it was nicer in person than in the pics. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a "classic style" hood.
