  • Nice functional piece

    This ottoman was exactly what I was looking for to put in my master bedroom closet. It is not too large, and the top is hinged. You can't tell from the photo, but the hinges are high-quality metal hinges that hold the top open. The top is padded and upholstered nicely. My only complaint is that it is a little brighter gold than in the photo, but it is a nice color.

  • Poor fit for my needs, but I kept 2 same make

    Bought 3 of these. Loved the construction. Loved the other 2 and kept them. But the color of this one is more yellow than gold and the material looks sort of messy/unrefined. There was also a dark stain in the material on the top. I returned this one and overstock was great about the return. It was easy. Overall, in a differently decorated space, could be a good fit. This would have been my only textured piece in a mosty leather living room. The stain was an interesting fact since this one came In a different box than the other 2
