Easy to put together if you have all the parts. ordered, started to put unit together only to find it was missing two items in the box. this unit also does not fit most elextronics, the center section is two thing to fit cable box, also does not alow for cables to be run behind. had to put unit together without doors beacuse it was too shallow to fit my receiver, standard receiver not a highend one. A six shelf t.v stand should be built with room for electronics, why else would a person buy one so big?

The stand is wonderful. It took a while to put together, but that was okay. We have two issues with it. One being when we put it together they did not specify which way the tapered legs should face, so we following the picture in the directions which wasn't accurate. the taper needed to face out instead of in (the straight side running along the doors). We had to go back and redo it when we putting on the doores and realized the mistake. Also, the back does not have a lot of ventilation, so when we have a game console running we have to open the front doors so that it doesn't overheat. Overall, very nice product.

Shipping was very slow, but worth the wait for the price. One of the comments above stated that the door was too large. That's incorrect. The assembly does take some time and the instructions are mostly accurate. The problem: the 2 side doors are identical. The center door is slightly smaller. There are no indications as to which is which. I double-checked. The size difference is very small (less than an inch) so you might not even notice when putting the pieces together according to instructions. I didn't. I assumed all 3 doors were identical since none were marked differently. The instructions DO show different hinges for the center door. After noticing my mistake (and omission of this in the instructions), I corrected the assembly. Everything worked fine. Good value. Decent cabinet. Pay close attention to the doors AND the hinges for each. They're NOT all the same.

This console was perfect for my Panasonic 55 inch smart TV. It looks exactly like the picture and the quality is excellent. Everyone has commented how well the console goes with the TV.

The product was well packaged and received in top condition. All parts were included and in excellent condition. I found this product very easy to put together and predrilled areas were very well lined up. I find putting things together very easy for myself but would suggest some kind of identification for the parts for people they may not be mechanically inclined. The finished product looks very nice in the room and I'm very pleased.

I like it I wish it was taller, but they listed the correct hight so it is not there fault. I think putting it together takes 1 to 3 hours.

Great looking, not hard to assemble - as always, I am very please with Overstock's service and products!

The shipping was a bit slower then usual on this item but that doesnt effect the item its self. When i got the item it had a little corner damage on some of the parts but i didnt have the time to return and replace so i just dealt with the lil scratches. It is a very good looking TV stand and i have a 61" tv on it and it looks great under it. Putting it together took me about 1 1/2- 2 hours by myself. If you go slow and make sure you know what your doing you will be fine, but towards the and i had to unscrew a few things here and there for minor mistakes i had made. If the parts had labels on them it would be much easier but its still doable with out it.Very firm heavy piece. The only thing is there is not much ventalation inside the stand so if you have a PS3 or XBOX i would suggest not putting it in there. Mine was in there for 30 min and the fan started over heating so be careful guys. But over all love the stand, looks great and is very nice

the piece looks great but it was a hassle to put it together. I had my husband, a cousin and myself trying to put it together, we took about 4 hours to finally put it together. the only thing I would suggest if they could number or label the parts not just give you a picture of what they are supposed to do. Over all I'm very pleased with the end result.

The console is very attractive. Excellent directions. Great quality. However, you need four hands to put it together. It was a little more time consuming than we anticipated, but worth it as it is so attractive looking when completed.

We recently purchased this TV console for our new 58" plasma TV. It is the best "assembly required" product we have ever purchased. I've bought high-end furniture from Ethan Allen before that wasn't as well made as this console is. Very heavy, very sturdy, very well made. Looks great in our living room. Arrived in perfect condition. Put together in about 2 hours. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks again, Overstock ... we'll be back.

I searched forever to find a 60in stand in black. Its nearly impossible. This stand once put together successfully is really nice. I have my 50 inch flat screen mounted on the wall with this underneath it. There is plenty of storage. Its very modern and looks great in my living room. The only down side to this product is putting it together. Its not difficult just very time consuming. For the most part the instructions make sense. The only problem I really had was at the end with trying to put the doors on. The holes for the hinges on two of the doors were off center so we had to mess with the hinge to try to get them to hang straight for hours. The third door was defective and too large to fit. I called customer service and they are sending me a new door. However it is definitely taking a long time seeing as I got it three weeks ago and I am stilllllllll waiting. But oh well. Overall I really like the the tv stand and I would recommend.

I read the reviews before I purchased this console, but bought it anyway. It was fairly time consuming to put together, but I read the instructions first so it made it a little easier. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble by myself and that includes putting the doors on twice because I got ahead of myself and didn't pay attention to the correct hinges. The console definitely looks nice and more expensive than it was once it's together.

I recently moved and ordered this console for my new flat screen T.V. Needless to say, I was excited about getting it and placing my new T.V on it. It arrived only in a few days and in very good condition. The only problem was that I was missing 15 pieces and I could not assemble it. A main piece that I was missing was a major support stabilizer. What a bummer....I called the help number and the nice lady informed me that all of my missing pieces would arrive in about a week. I'm sure it will look great once I put it all together. Be aware that you may be missing pieces.

What a piece of junk - it arrived with NO manual, NO glass panels, NO screws and NO door knobs. Panels are substandard and were scratched - being returned as we speak.

My husband just put this together. It took a bit of time, but it was worth it! It has nice style, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I am very pleased with this Console. It is exactly what I hoped it would be. Delivery was very quick. It took two of us about 2 hours to put it together, but it was worth it. The directions were good and none of the many screws and pieces were missing. Check your component sizes for the shelves. You may need to put your components in before you put on the doors if need be. Overall I am very happy!!

Boyfriend put this together in less than 90 minutes with a power drill. He only needed me a few times to hold something or help flip the top on, but he could have done it all by himself. The pieces fit together perfectly. The craftsmanship is such that it doesn't look put-together. The hardware seems pretty solid too - the doors open and close well. The door knobs aren't very interesting (but not ugly either) so I will probably replace them. All in all, a good purchase. I don't have any regrets about this piece.
