The dresser and nightstand looked a lot like a plastic laminate table and not much like the picture. We were disappointed and returned it.

It took me 8 hours to assemble this. Lots of splitting drawers. I've had it for 2.5 years and one of the drawers doesn't stay on the track at all now. Looks nice from afar, but very poor quality and difficult to assemble. I had ordered the matching armoire but returned it without even opening it, after what I went through assembling this. I would not recommend this at all.

As you can see, this dresser looks nice. The handles are an attractive metal and the black looks good. I had to load up all the wood joints in the drawers with carpenter's glue to keep them from falling apart though, which was disappointing, time consuming and frustrating. the side panel of one of the drawer even splintered into 2 pieces after I put my boxers in the drawer. So far the wood glue is holding up well and the drawers are working in spite of themselves.For the price I feel like I can't complain too much, but don't be surprised when the drawers fall apart as soon as you put something in them.

After putting the dresser together I found it to be pretty sturdy and a sleek, modern addition to my room. I had an issue with one of the drawers because there were no holes drilled on one side where I was supposed to attach a drawer slider. The drawer looks fine and works fine, but I'm afraid of putting too many things in it. Despite this, the overall quality is good for what you pay for, and it's not too hard to put together. Expect the assembly to take a few hours.

Real nice. You get what you pay for. While the assembly was a little long, its to be expected. The black matches nicely with the rest of my room.

I purchased this dresser along with the platform bed. I have found it to be a great buy! It is a nice sturdy piece of furniture that is perfect for my teenage son's room. It was very easy to put together as my teenager put it together himself! I would highly recommend this dresser. It is a lot of bang for the buck.

I bought this along with the matching nightstands. It was fairly easy to put together. The only recommendation i have is to have a piece of course sandpaper around as a way to smooth out the middle piece of the frame so that everything lays nicely. Other than this one piece, it went together very easily. I was able to build it myself and it looks pretty swank! The corrector pen covered up a scratch on the bottom side. Love this dresser and the fact that it holds a ton of clothes!!

I don't recommend this dresser. It is very flimsy, hard to put together, and even though I LOVE Overstock this was about the worst thing I have ever bought.

Dresser was all new and easy to assemble. Just took a while to put together. Recommend having a power drill, but overall great dresser for the money.

Overall, I found the apperance of the Broadway dresser very appealing. The assembly instructions were pretty good. The only confusion came on the dresser guides, but I got it figured out. For workmanship I only gave it 3 stars because many of the "lock-in" pivot parts were smaller then the holes provided on the dresser drawers. To get around this problem, you have to hold the pivot part by hand while inserting the attaching piece, then turn to lock. During the locking process, I had one board begin to split from pressure. Total time to assemble with 2 people working it was approximately 2 hours.

I love this dresser I also got the end tables, headboard, chest. I couldn't be happier and the price was great.

this dresser was great for the price. It was pretty easy to put together. It looks great with all our other furniture. We use it as a changing table also. The changing pad fits great on top and is a good height.

Where to begin? This product is all shoddy presswood with a light black finish. The finish was chipped in several places and they gave me a black magic marker to cover the chips. The ease of assembly says that it takes 15-25 minutes... I am a journeyman carpentry expert and 3 hours later I am still working on it! Value price on this should be no more than $150.00 and I will not buy the matching furniture to go with it. The picture they show here makes it look good but the reality is is that when you look at the finished product you can tell that it is cheaply made. The problem with this type of presswood product though is that you do not dare lean against it, put too much weight in the dresser drawers or put too much weight on the top surface. The reason this is bad is because the screws, bolts and other insertable pieces will chip out the sides and tear the presswood. So no, I will not recommed this and I cannot say this was a good value.

You can't beat the deal on this dresser. It is very nice-looking, and is a close match to my other bedroom furniture. It has a ton of storage room, which I was rather surprised by when I saw it was only 29 inches high. I thought the drawers would be very small, but they are deep and roomy. Assembly took about 2- 2.5 hours. Its not rocket science, but there are a lot of parts. I'm really happy with mine and have no complaints.

Not a piece of furniture for your room. It's not elegant, has a lot of problems with the draws; they get stocked and don't slide properly. The money it costs was ok, but the quality very low.

The front of the top board of the dresser was dented on delivery. Some of the holes in the shelves for dowels were too small and had to be enlarged with a drill. When finally assembled, the drawers slid well, but did not fit perfectly against the rest of the dresser.

It was pretty easy to put together, but once I put it all together I didn't realize how short it was!! I guess I should have read the dimensions on line, but it looked like a regular sized dresser so I didn't even think about it. They should advertise it as a kids dresser (it looks nice all put together, but it should really be for a kids room or a college dorm!) . Needless to say I wasn't extreemly pleased. Plus, the drawers stick and overall it is a pretty cheap piece of furniture.

This item took forever to assemble. There were over 150 screws just to put the drawers together. the material is made of compressed particle board, and many of the wood parts split while I was screwing in the screws. Unless you are strapped for cash, I wouldn't recommend this set.By the way, the soft paint chips and scratches so easily, that they include a black magic marker in the packaging to fill in the scratches.

Purchased these dressers for a replacement in the master bedroom. They look great! Assembly was very easy, don't be frightened by all the screws. The only problem I had some screws were missing and you have be careful, they are not the greatest quality. The overall satisfaction for me was good.

Order was processed quickly and shipment came quick. There was no damage to the boxes in shipment but 1 panel was broken in two, and 1 bag of screws was missing.
