picture does not do this justice!
this is really a high end quality piece of furniture. my review of the matching night-stand warns that it is made in china----but really---don't let that discourage you! it is heavyweight and beautifully detailed! the finish is clean and perfect. the drawers are dove-tailed and the top drawer is felted for delicates and the bottom drawer is cedar lined for sweaters---the only negative i have is that i would have liked a heavier drawer bottom---we live in a warm moist climate and i hope it will wear well, but overall this is a really nice piece of furniture----there is generous space in each drawer and the height keeps clutter out of the bedroom! we had a little issue with delivery set-up but it turned out fine and you can't beat overstock's domestic shipping charges! we even went on to ship this piece overseas thru a freight forwarder in the original packaging and it was perfect! overall---this piece is a real score!
