Truly wonderful
These chairs are simply gorgeous. They look stunning in my entryway, and elevate the level of elegance in my home. The linen upholstery is top-notch and I especially love the button tufted back, which adds a layer of sophistication and class. Also, the light grey color has a feeling of unassuming elegance, a kind of traditional feeling that is at once austere yet refined. Also, the seat is unusually wide and deep, which makes it supremely comfortable. Truly wonderful.

Gorgeous but a little sloppy on the details
I'd recommend this ... but with a caveat. Overall, these are great chairs -- wonderful lines, good fabric, dark wood reads as black but actually is a very very dark brown, very chic, but I'm a tiny bit disappointed in the sewing quality. What I took for folds making diamond patterns between the buttons is actually patchwork diamonds with seams running from button to button. The padding underneath is not entirely uniform. It doesn't look bad, just not what I expected. Also, the piping running between the upholstery and the wood is not one uninterrupted line -- it is several "tubes" of piping stitched together, if that makes sense. Where these pipes meet, in three or four places on the whole chair, is quite visible and one had threads showing. I snipped the thread and hope it doesn't unravel. So the effect of the chair is great, just not so much on close examination. I may be the only one who notices this, I hope so.

stately and elegant
I am in love with this set of chairs! They are so stately and elegant and exude a wonderfully Old World sensibility to my living room. I am a huge fan of linen, it's so simple and smart. And the black finish on the legs reveals an elevate level of craftsmanship that I've seen in similar chairs for three or four times the price. The light gray color heightens the sense of being in another, more luxurious time. If you are looking for a simple way to add sophistication to your home -- and a lovely place to serve a cu of tea -- this set is a great option.

These Bristol Tufted Grey Linen Modern Lounge Chairs are true pieces of art. I love luxury and elegance, and these royalty inspired tufted chairs are truly elegant. I cannot describe how greatly these chairs look in my living room and how amazingly comfortable they are. The clean color and sublime lines, the classic design and style make these chairs so unique and brilliant. The quality of the fabric and the product is top and the price wow.

Phew. I was so relieved when I unpackaged them.
I was nervous ordering chairs online. For me, comfort is more important than looks, but at the same time I want beautiful chairs. I read the reviews and everyone was saying how comfortable the chairs were. They were right. The chairs are wonderful to sit in. They are nice and soft but not so soft that they don't offer support. There is nothing I would change about the comfort of these; they are perfect. Also, they were as beautiful in person as they looked online. The linen is of very good quality and the piping and buttons are beautiful. As others have stated, the wood is a dark brown, not black, which perfectly matches my coffee and end tables.

More tan than gray, but pretty fabulous, anyhow
I have a lot of big and fabulous family members. These chairs are great. The seat is super wide and a very comfortable sit. Often modern furniture is uncomfortable, not enough padding, too narrow, low, high, etc. These are just right. Modern and classic elegance with the comfort I require of furniture. The wood on one corner of the chair is not perfectly square, so a perfectionist might not be happy. Also, the color is not really gray. It's definitely tan . . . or maybe a brown gray. An earlier reviewer said "putty" gray. But for me these are a neutral tan, especially against my gray fireplace. That said, they are comfortable enough, styled well enough that I'm keeping them.

Wonderful Purchase
I received my chairs on the 20th of July and I am so happy! First, the delivery was the best-they arrived on a rainy day to my apt front door, wrapped securely and protected. The delivery men were a delight, even though it was raining outside. I purchased the chairs for my open concept living room/dining room and they complement the space quite well. They add a little traditional feel to the modern style of my living room without looking out-dated or stuffy. I've been with Overstock since I was a teenager, before they advertised, and as always I'm happy I made this purchase with Overstock (who have the best price on the internet for these chairs).

beautiful chairs
I love these chairs. got them for the office and have had so many compliments. My only concern is how easily they would clean up if something got on them.

Great value!
These chairs are really nice, and very comfortable. Although the linen is acceptable, I think I may still recover the chair because after a few months I'm already starting to see signs of wear. Still, for the price, you can't beat it. One of my chairs arrived with a little bit of damage to the wood on top, but it's not really noticeable.

This was worth the price for the two together. These pieces, thankfully, exceeded my expectations :)
