sam Once you read the information, even if you are a cappuccino drinker and maker, this machine is picky, you will get a great cup of coffee. I have used a much less expensive machine in the past and getting use to this took afew days. The grind on the bean had to be just right or the coffee won't taste good. It also doesn't drain if anything gets in the filter cup. The more I use it the better it works for me. With that said, if you do it all the machines way, you get a good cup of joe.
