Why did you choose this product?
We were looking for a commercial grade/quality double boiler machine at an affordable price. The Breville is a sturdy and attractive design. It was fairly easy to learn out of the box and the coffee has been consistently great. The machine was a bit higher than we had thought, but it still fits under the cabinets. We did a lot of research on these machines before purchasing - and could not find any other maker of double boilers (which is critical for coffee and steam at the same time) on the market in this price range. Plus the look/design is very clean. Be sure you do NOT mistake the 920BSXL with the 900 version. The 900 version has many reviews citing issues with performance. Many of the design and performance issues of the 900 appear to have been solved with the 920. We are pleased with our purchase and would recommend.
