Well, This is a love/hate relationship. I got my first machine and it worked fine for a week or so, then quit blowing air at the end of the cycle. Overstock is WONDERFUL with their customer service, and when I contacted them they immediately shipped a 2nd machine. This machine has been working for about 5 days - and today, won't get off the 'heating' cycle and never asks to open head or is ready to brew. SO disappointed.
Contacted Overstock C/S again - the warehouse is supposed to get a hold of me, I'd rather not get refund since I did go and purchase almost $100 in additional (missing) parts from Breville directly when I first received the machine (filter, filter holder, my k-cup and scoop were all not included - wish I'd known).
Will write again if a 3rd machine comes and actually works. I'm not sure I believe it will.
