This coffee maker was excellent, if a little noisy. Unfortunately it died on me just outside of the warranty date. It still brews coffee, but only in the extra large size. Overstock would only offer a partial refund. I think if you are interested in this coffee maker, you should check out xxx site and buy the newer model. Otherwise you are stuck with a xxxxx coffee maker that could possibly die in less than four months, but just long enough to be outside of the manufacturer's warranty.

The coffee pot was missing several major parts..filter, filter holder and k-cup. One cannot make coffee without these. To buy them cost almost $60! The fact that the parts are "seperate purchase" is not noted in the discription. The good part with dealing with overstock is they have a very good return policy . I was able to return the coffee maker without cost.

Well, This is a love/hate relationship. I got my first machine and it worked fine for a week or so, then quit blowing air at the end of the cycle. Overstock is WONDERFUL with their customer service, and when I contacted them they immediately shipped a 2nd machine. This machine has been working for about 5 days - and today, won't get off the 'heating' cycle and never asks to open head or is ready to brew. SO disappointed. Contacted Overstock C/S again - the warehouse is supposed to get a hold of me, I'd rather not get refund since I did go and purchase almost $100 in additional (missing) parts from Breville directly when I first received the machine (filter, filter holder, my k-cup and scoop were all not included - wish I'd known). Will write again if a 3rd machine comes and actually works. I'm not sure I believe it will.

I've ordered refurbished items before, and haven't had any problems until I received this. I can deal with scratches, etc., but the brewer I received had wires sticking out of the back. I ended up returning it and bought the new model which I TOTALLY LOVE! If you're going to spend this much money on a refurbished item - you might as well pay the extra $75 for a new one and forget the hassle.

I was a little disappointed in the condition of the product when it arrived. There were several small scratches several places on the coffee maker. I was also somewhat disappointed when I discovered that there was no "My K-Cup" with the machine or a filter. By the time I purchased these items I could havae come close to purchasing a new one without the scratches. Fortunately that was the end of my disappointment. The machine works great and the coffee is wonderful. Nobody notices the scratches but me and I am happy that I purchased this coffee maker. Would I do it again? Probably would "bite the bullet"next time a buy a new one. Oh well, live and learn.

I don't think I ever knew what a good cup of coffee was. I do now. I purchased a refurbished unit. It arrived new condition and quickly. I was a bit dissapointed that the "my Kcup (for making your own brew), filter and assorted sample kcups were not included as with a new unit. I got over it and I am very pleased with my purchase and with Overstock.

It is much quieter than my former Keurig B-70. Like others, it shipped without the filter assembly but Overstock Customer Service put me in touch with Breville who sent me the new assembly for free.

Item arrived with No KCup, scoop or Filter...all items must be purchased separately and not indicated in this description. By the time you purchase all these items you may as well buy a brand new one! Item had a scratch on the front and wasn't very "clean"..had water spots all over it. I have purchased refurbs from Overstock in the past and have always been pleased...however, overall, very disappointed with THIS re-furb purchase. Overstock was very accommodating with allowing me to return the item for full refund.

The product's great. That said, by the time I ordered the missing "My K Cup" and the water filter, I ended up paying as much as a non-refurb product, and had to go through the hassle of the additional orders.

I bought this unit for my parents for Christmas and they absolutely love it! Matches their stainless steel appliances beautifully and creates a delicious cup of piping hot coffee in less than a minute. They love the idea of each person being able to enjoy a different cup of coffee, an idea that should have been marketed years ago. And you won't find a better price than what Overstock is offering the unit for. Awesome buy! I would recommend to anyone who likes a good cup of coffee at the touch of a button.

Great product, I am now a beliver in refurbished items. It was in perfect condition with the owers manual.
