Great coffee machine. I got this product two to three weeks ago. My husband and I are addicted to this machine. He is experimenting different ways in making himself a delicious cup every morning. It is very easy to use. However, we haven't been able to get the perfect taste yet. We are still in our learning stage. I used to get my cup at Starbucks few times a week. Now I am actually saving money. I would recommend this to any coffee lover. This machine is amazing.
