Takes up little counter space This item is extremely small. Everything seems to stick to the mesh. Fish batter, onion ring batter, flour, etc. We have not found the magic trick to make it work. Perhaps the grease temperature is not hot enough even on high.

Did not return because it was made well. I just have to spend more time cooking is all. Other than that the product is a good product made more for one person than two or more.
