Wow...fast delivery! The bed is great. It came well packaged and no damage. I put is together myself and had no problems...instructions were easy to follow. The bed is very sturdy and well built. The color is a very dark brown...almost black. I am very happy with this purchase.

Been using this bed for over a month. First problem was assembly. My husband actually bent the bolts trying to get things to fit. And there were no extra bolts supplied! Now we find that the bed's hardware needs to be tightened weekly.
This is a great bed, looks nice and pretty sturdy. We bought this for our son (who is still in a baby bed), so for now it will be a guest bed. The first problem that we noticed was when putting the bed together, it comes with 4 crossbars for added support, which I thought was a great concept until we installed them and they caused the bed to become uneven and rock back and forth. To solve this problem, we simply removed them and it does not seem to affect the overall stability of the bed at all. The second issue we noticed is that unless you have an oversized (pillow top) mattress, there is a rather large gap at the foot of the bed once the mattress is in place. It does not really look bad once all of the bedding is on, however. Overall, nice bed for the price.
I bought this bed for my son and not only was it a great deal but it arrived really quickly and was in perfect condition. My husband and I set it up in about a half an hour it was really easy and the instructions were mostly easy to follow. My son loves the bed and i would recommend it to anyone.

It's nicer than it shows in the picture. It was very easy to assemble (I did it by myself), and all the parts fitted perfectly.
