I was searching for a new hand mixer which was powerful, yet had additional features, when I came across this Bravetti. The Bravetti has a 250 watt motor & extra beaters & a dough hook - a great added plus! I LOVE IT! It is more powerful & heavier duty than what I was even looking for - I can't wait to put it to a tougher test than what I've already used it for. This is the first time I've ever purchased a refurbished item & so far it seems great. The only thing I don't like with this refurbished item, is that I was unable to specify my color choice.

I used this mixer for the first time just last night. I like the features on the mixer, even thought it is a little big. While it seems to work ok, there is an electrical smell when in use. I will use it some more while the holidays coming. If the smell continues, I will return for a refund and select another (new) mixer.
