I just purchased this lovely comforter set (which arrived super-fast with regular shipping). It is not silky as it appears in the photo...more of a flat polyester look and feel, which really isn't a problem. The sheet set is a nice quality and feels soft to the touch. Overall, I'm very impressed and pleased with my purchase. It looks gorgeous in my room and it was by far a better price then any other internet store.
Overall I am pleased with the package. I had wanted the comforter and shams only, but it was out of stock so I got the set with sheets. The sheets are thin and not a true white, I would call them bone or china white, with a black band/edge but they are soft enough for a cotton sheet. The comforter is heavy and does attract a lot of lint. This is a striking, good value set, great for a guest room so there would be little maintenance. The package also arrived quite quickly.
The comfortar is very cozzy to sleep with, no complaints there. i love the unique design and gives my room a different look. the only think that could of been better is the fabric used. Fabric seems stiff and cheap looking from up close but still looks good from far away. i would still buy it again for the price i payed.
This comforter is really warm, but everyone is right about the lint. EVERYthing sticks to it, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. i love the black/white look!
I have had this comforter for 6-9 months and I absolutely love it!! It is really beautiful!! The only thing I have to complain about is the pet hair (I have 2 cats)... it is terrible to try to get off the comforter! It is a never ending job and you will never be able to fully get rid of it all.
