    The smoker arrived quickly and was packed in a very secure way: lots of cardboard corner guards and styrofoam. Every part was in perfect order and the smoker works just fine. This smoker is great for the novice or less frequent user. It is very simple to set up and use, and the food is great. You can easily find ideas for rubs and info on woods on the web to get started quickly. I think Overstock is very good in how they handle products and shipping.

    I use this as much as I can now. I bought it to replace a smoker that was much smaller and that was bought to kind of learn the basics (one of those small domed ones). I guess the only complaint that I would have is that you should have quite a bit of stuff to smoke at one time for this smoker. I mean you can take the racks out of course, but to smoke lets say 1 or 2 salmon fillets and that's it, this smoker is not for that. The smoker is more for a tad larger gatherings where more than 1 or 2 items would be smoked. I still love it though and think of any reason to use it, but we are a family of 4, with 2 members being kids under 13. But honestly it is a nice addition and has made us happy regardless how much we put in it.

    Does a great job just darn near Impossible to completely clean after smoking. Did a rack of ribs and some jerky on a makeshift jerky rack. Wish that I had covered the dripping diverter trays with aluminum foil. Seems that everything wants to stay fused to the stainless steel trays.
