I searched for locker furniture on the internet, I price shopped, and compared measurements. This nightstand was the largest and most cost effective. I found the same or alternate furniture where you had to purchase the drawers seperate for up to $100 more. The nightstand came totally assembled. The product is solidly constructed, it is not flimsy at all. It came well packages without a scratch or mark on any of it. The only thing I had to do was put the handle on the outside of the drawer and put the glass shelves in place. Great buy. I bought the rest of the set as well. Goes great in my son's soccer themed room
