The bowls are great, meet my needs exactly. Nesting gives me four bowls, takes up very little space. Only drawback is that saran-type wraps do not cling to the wood0-like surface.
This is a great set of all purpose bowls complete with measuring indicators on the inside of each, in English, Metric and Braille. Made of sturdy plastic, and aligns with any bowl rim. Contains a rubber ring on the bottom to prevent slippage. Says the bowls can be used to crack eggs on the ledge. I have not tried that yet. Best yet, the bowls are microwave & dishwasher safe. I choose red as white plastics can become stained. Excellent shipping! The order was shipped on the 16th, and I received it Sunday morning on the 19th, in Doha, Qatar. Excellent service Overstock.
These bowls are functional and nice to look at. The only negative comment I have is that I expected them to be heavier and more substantial. Other than that, they're fine.
I don't cook but my niece used it last night and it's very cute and holds lots of food.
It was funny when I looked inside the mixing bowl and could see my reflection. I've never had stainless steel mixing bowls before, so this is a nice change. They cleaned well and did what I needed them to do.
