This was the worst purchase I have ever made online!! I had four different tables delivered ~ all damaged beyond repair. I requested Overstock to send the last one through a different carrier; they stated they would and that they would package the table very carefully. It still arrived damaged (it looked like a forklift caused the damage) and they used the very same Shipper (Reddaway) ~ ugh!!!!! I had a very sympathetic customer rep, but even he could not ensure a proper delivery so the table would not be damaged. What a lousy way to handle the merchandise and the customer.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? I wouldn't know. It never got set-up so I could look at it due to severe damage in transit.
