Boston Walnut Finish Queen Armless Frame Futon Set

First of all this is a huge futon, I ordered the queen. The cushion which is very heavy does not stay up, keeps sliding off the bottom and is way to heavy to keep pulling up. It came with missing pieces which overstock had sent some more to me. I would have returned it but it took way to long to put together and the box was all ripped and surely didn't feel like taking it apart. I order about 4-5 times a year from here and am always satisfied but not with this.

The Futon is for my grandsons, they love it .....Its a queen size so no problem with two sleeping in it, its very comfortable and looks very nice......Can't go wrong with this futon

This is a fairly standard item, reminds me of college days. We only needed an occasional guest bed, and this item suits the job just fine.Like another reviewers, I, too, have a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, but I only needed about 2 1/2 hours to assemble by myself. Wear gloves! My fingers hurt for several days from all the twisting, screwing, etc. The instructions are sparse, but sufficient if you're patient. There were an alarming number of assembly parts (screws, bolts, etc.) left over after I finished, but absolutely no where to put them. So, don't be surprised if nearly 50% of the pieces are not used. If you follow the instructions, you're bed should hold up. Logical.The bed itself is not very sturdy, so don't plan to have your kids jumping on it. Also, I do not like that when you have it against the wall (in couch position), you must first slide it out from the wall about 2 feet before you can place it flat (in sleeping position).

The product is a really great fit in a room when it needs to be moved around a little. It is relatively big and sturdy. The instructions were a little confusing so it took some time to assemble, but once you get a feel for it you'll be able to see how it all comes together. There are bars on the seat to keep the mattress from sliding down though it doesn't seem to help much. Occasionally you might have to pull it up a little, unless you find another way to keep it propped up. The mattress is comfy for sitting and sleeping. I loveee the futon and I don't regret getting it!
