Basic futon/good price
This is a nice basic no frills full size futon as described. It's a pain to put together - I couldn't have done it myself. It took a skilled person several hours to put it together and required bending one piece back into the correct shape. It was worth it because it's great for the price and just what I needed. It's fairly comfortable for sleeping and it looks good. I'd recommend it for an office/spare room, not for every night for an extended period.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is good and the only thing I don't like a lot is the middle support leg because it doesn't seem very sturdy. Still, it's great for the price.

Perfect for a guest room.
My Grandkids said it was so comfy, they even slept late on a Sat morning, which was unusual and said it was because of the new futon :-) glad I bought it....
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? It was a little darker than I expected, but fine.

Hardware missing
Not sure yet as the hardware was missing to put together the frame, although the product looks exactly like the pictures showed and appears to be very nice. Hoping to get the hardware soon so I can really see what it looks like. Customer Service is excellent!! They were on my missing hardware and should arrive in the next few days.

Great futon
Like the futon, size, shalpe and color or wood works well in my home. Had a problem with the frame in putting together, the mattress retainer holes were in the back, not the front, so we had to drill new holes; easy for us; not so good for a person with no tools or know how. Mattress is good andwe are enjoying it.
