Assembly required
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling. For oil based stains, use a professional degreaser.

great ottoman
This ottoman was just what we were looking for. The picture accurately portrays the dark brown leather and wood. Quality is good and it looks great. For the price its a good piece but I don't think it's a bargain. When we went to furniture stores we noticed ottomans were around the same price. But $2 shipping to my door and not having to arrange for a furniture store to deliver was well worth it. It's made of bonded leather not real leather pieces. From what I read bonded leather is the equivalent of plywood for lumber. Smaller pieces glued together. Hopefully it lasts as long as real leather but it looks and smells the same. You don't see seams. The only negative thing from giving it 5 stars is that the top surface is hard. If you're buying it for frequent seating, its uncomfortable. I wish they used more padding like other ottomans I've seen. But overall we are very happy.

Looks Exactly Like Photo!
Great ottoman! Was 100% satisfied. I had never ordered from Overstock.com before and was a little nervous, but I read all the reviews and it helped me to make my decision! The leather is not the kind that scratches easily and the color is exactly like pictured, a dark espresso. We are very happy with the purchase. I thought it would be a little big for our small family room but it looks great. I searched high and low on the internet and this was the best looking ottoman by far.

Great ottoman for the money!
This ottoman is a great value and kid friendly. The top is quite firm, but still comfy to rest your feet up on! I felt it added a lot of warmth and comfort to the room.

Very happy..very nice addition to our living room...this is a large piece. We wanted a large square for our living room...just make sure you take note of the measurements and allow enough space.

Great Ottoman!
Ottoman is great. The size is exactly what we were looking for and the quality seems good. It was packed well and did not have any damage when it arrived. It was easy to put together with the exception of one of the legs. We had difficulty getting it screwed in all the way but it did not cause any big issues. We are very happy with the purchase!
