This thing is a piece of junk. It is so weak, the instructions recommend using non-fat milk...as it may have issues with the weight of whole milk. Really? When I got it, it didn't turn on, so I had to play with it for a little while in order to get it to work. The speed varies, when you can get it to work, and it will take you a bit to "froth" any milk because it doesn't always work, and when it does...only sometimes it has enough power to "froth." I put "froth" in parenthesis because it doesn't froth the milk. It bubbles the milk...which was fine with me, I mean, it was only like $XX or something. If you purchase, just make sure you know it's not a true latte. For the price, it would be worth purchasing if the machine was strong enough to do anything...but it was hit or miss for about 40 latte's, and then it died on me.
