How many ounces does it hold
I bought this french press as a "communal" press since I have a glass one that I tend to treat gingerly and am a little possessive of. I didn't really expect much from this press because the price was unexpectedly low, but it really has exceeded my expectations and it is actually my favorite purchase from Overstock.com so far! The press is a LOT easier to clean than the glass one I have, mostly because of the fact that there are less moving parts, it was designed simply and cleanly, and the plastic container withstands shaking out the grounds and tapping on the side of the trashcan to loosen grounds stuck to the sides. I rated the style of the product as "Good" simply because I tend to like sleek, black, steel objects, but when it comes down to it, this french press is a vibrant, functional part of my kitchen and I would highly recommend this product....

The "press" action never happens...it can't reach the grounds on the bottom of the pot..so you need to strain the cofee to get it grounds free. It just doesn't work! The plastic is really cheap and the only cup I made tasted like a childs cheap tea set plastic. I bought it to give as a gift and so it was two weeks before it was tried. Waiting to see if Overstock will let me return it without the original box..do not buy this! P.S This is the only poor product I have ever gotten from Overstock.Read More
The coffee was wonderful but the screen on the plunger is plastic and cheaply made. It stripped off the metal post after using 4 timesRead More
