I waited two years before writing this review because time is the ultimate test. I am happy to say that I have never, ever owned a better mattress. Every other bed I've ever slept on has given me back pain after a normal night's sleep. This memory foam, however, is a dream on my back. I will never buy another type of mattress ever again. I still can't believe how much better this is than others that cost three times as much.

I was very apprehensive about ordering a mattress on line. However, a friend did so and it work out for them. With the cost of these mattresses in retail store 2 to 5 times higher, I figured I would take the chance. We received the mattress in about 2 days and waited until the weekend to unpack it because I had been told it would take time and the smell needed to dissipate. The mattress folded out right away and hardly any smell. We slept on it the first night. I have a lower back problem and was hoping this would help. My wife loves the mattress and wouldn't trade it for anything. I am having some problems getting used to it. It is very firm, but seems to be softening up a bit with use. I guess we have had it for about 6 weeks now. I still wake up during the night with back pain and can't stay in bed to long, but not sure that has anything to do with the mattress. I love the beginning of the night it is so comfortable. I do find myself turning on my stomach and back more, I was always a side sleeper before. All in all for the price you cannot beat it. The pillows are rather small but we already had large memory foam pillows so I use it as my second pillow.

Smell took a lil longer than 72 hours to dissipate. expanded to proper size within minutes. Nice and medium firm at first and then warms up to your body heat and cradles you. very good memory foam matress. I slept through the whole night the first night. no pain. was well rested. awesone bed

Have been sleeping on the mattress for several weeks now. It feels great but a little bit firmer than I had originally thought (not a bad thing). Smell dissipated quickly, shipped/arrived incredibly fast. Pillows are not as comfortable as I had hoped.

I have had this mattress for 3 weeks now and have not been able to sleep on it yet. The smell is still overpowering. I have owned 2 memory foam mattress topper that have been purchased from Overstock and they have not had this strong of a smell. This mattress has been on my bed for 3 weeks with my windows open and a fan blowing across is constantly... still can't sleep on it. I know I will like the comfort of the memory foam mattress if I ever get to sleep on it.

The bed is very comfortable. It was back to it's original shape the instant I took it out of the package...I don't know that this is typical, but it was my experience with it. I sleep great. :)

This is a great mattress. I found a really good comparison of these type mattresses at www.sleeplikethedead.com. It showed this mattress as the best in many areas and they were right. It sleeps cool, only smelled for a couple of days, it's great! Compared to what we were ready to spend on a name brand, we're very, very happy.

the mattress was exactly as represented and came in a timely manner, but I never received the memory foam pillows I was supposed to get with the mattress. Your assistance in getting these pillows would make this a perfect experience.

it is a little on the warm side but i loved the comfort. have had this matress for 4 yrs now and it has held its shape, still on the warm side, it's not sagging but is a little softer in the spots my husband and i sleep so it does lose some of it's "memory". i haven't beeen sleeping as well for the last 6 months or so and have been waking up more at night to reposition and my back hurts when i wake up. though i can't honestly blame the mattress since i haven't slept on any other bed to be able to judge.

I bought this mattress two years ago after I did a lot of research on memory foam mattresses. After two years, the mattress is still like its brand new. It is a little firmer than what I would like, however my back thanks me every morning when I wake up for the mattress. If anyone is thinking about a memory foam mattress, I would absolutely recommend this one. Very satisfied customer!

I bought this mattress two years ago. I never bought anything from Overstock.com let alone a mattress. However my son in NYC bought it and I slept on it, really liked it. I almost always use a Serta mattress but it does not give me the support like memory foam. I love it so much and bought another one in twin size for the study. $2.95 shipping is the coolest deal! I am totally satisfied with this memory foam. Everyone should get one.

Feels firm then you just sink in and sleep soundly all night! I bought this for my beach house and an expensive W set for home. This one's more comfortable!

I love this bed, I ordered it because I needed something softer for my hips. My only complaint is that it tends to get hot sometimes. I wake in a sweat and I hear this is common for this type of bed. I generally don't lose sleep over this quirk, I am one that is always cold, but if you are the opposite, you may want to consider this detail.

I love my memory mattress it changed my life to the good. My old conventional mattress gave me a sore back and hips and I woke up all through the night. This mattress helps me to sleep through the night with no body soreness. Love it!
