This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to machine cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Once opened this product is non-returnable.

I purchased this mattress because I was looking for something cheap, but this mattress has exceeded my expectations. It is extremely comfortable - cushy, but still firm. I was worried that I would be bothered by the smell, but it was minor and only lasted for a week or so. I don't know how the mattress will fair in the long run, but based on my experience thus far, I would definitely recommend this mattress.

The mattress arrived pretty quickly. It opened up right away and i didn't have any problems with it expanding. The smell was definitely there, but was hardly noticeable after a few days. A bit firmer than I anticipated - not as soft or plus as some other memory foams. Overall, good buy for the price.

I have had my mattress for several weeks now and find it very comfortable to sleep on. I'm quite happy with it, and would certainly recommend it to a friend. The mattress cover is well made and comfortable. I think this product is a great value for the money.

After living in Europe for a decade sleeping on what were basically mattress pads supported by springy wood slats, I was astounded and confused when I went to purchase my first bed as an adult after moving back to the US. Why do you need box-springs? I have what size options? That costs ... !?! It was totally absurd and that box-spring seemed like a scam. After deciding on a platform bed I looked for a mattress that would work with it. After looking at lots of mattresses then stumbling across Overstock.com and reading the reviews, I took what I thought was a gamble. That was at the end of 2007 and now it's 2010. I still have the same mattress I ordered and every morning when I wake up I still feel that it was one of the best blind decisions I've made. So now I'm going to upgrade from a full to a queen, but it's not a blind gamble this time.
