Best Sleep Ever
The mattress arrived in 4 days . It weighted 87 lbs . After it arrived i unpacked it and let it expand for 2 days , and air out because it had the normal new foam oder , after that there was no oder . The cover was better than other reviewers claimed , it also zips off so it can be cleaned , I would definitely purchase and recommend if i ever have a need for this mattress again . Good job Overstock !

Busted
Got the mattress here all in good time. However, saying it is a 10 inch memory foam mattress is sort of stretching it. It has about a 2-3 inch memory foam mat on top of a 7-8 inch regular foam mat. They are held together in a sort of cover. So that was a let down when it was received. Plus the cover that holds them together was ripping at the seams upon delivery. I had to re-stitch what I could. I don't expect the mattress to last long. shotty craftsmanship.

Is Bodipedic as good as Temperpedic?
I was hesitant to buy this mattress at first. My husband and I had been sleeping on a Temperpedic bed, which he loved, but I found to be too hard. I had a hard time to falling asleep, because the bed was too firm until it warmed up, even with a mattress pad. When we moved and decided to get a bigger bed my husband wanted another Temperpedic, so i researched the different beds they had available, but kept getting caught up on the price. Then I started reading reviews for other memory foam beds and convinced my husband to try the Bodipedic bed. We bought King size for our room and a Full size for my daughter. We could not be happier with these beds. My husbands says the only difference he can detect is that it is a little "softer" than the Temperpedic, but it still offers great support. At the end of a long day, it is so great to get into a bed that is immediately comfortable and then wake up the next morning and not want to get up, because the bed feels so good. My daughter is equally pleased with her bed. Even though it only has about a 10 year warranty (half the Temperpedic 20 year) att 1/5 the price of a Temperpedic, this extremely comfortable bed is a supreme value.

Super comfortable and excellent quality!
This mattress is wonderful. Shipping was super fast, and product better than described. Description said it would take a couple of days for the mattress to adjust to its true form, and that there would be a smell that would wear off. However, it was ready to use immediately, and there was no smell at all. Very comfortable, great price, and I highly recommend it.

Getting Used to It
We decided to make the switch from a waterbed and loved the fact that the Cal King and 10" height was a perfect fit in our frame without being too tall. Coming from a waterbed this memory foam mattress seemed too firm at first but the bed seems to get more comfortable with each passing day.

Loving this bed!!!
I have had this bed now for a couple months and am loving it more and more every night. Let me start by saying I bought this to replace a King size water bed that my wife and I had for almost 25 yrs. We were a little worried switching to this kind of bed after being so use to a water bed, there was nothing wrong with our bed just as we got older we found ourselfs waking with more aches and pains. Also our water bed was a very nice one a Land and Sky 90% waveless with back support in it. This bed felt very firm to us at first, but after a few nights we were hooked. There is no tossing and turning to find a comfortable position, you fall asleep in one position and wake up in the same one. My wife gets up before me in the mourning and I don't even feel her getting out of bed. The bed was shipped fast, ordered on Friday and got it the following Wednesday with just there standard shipping. It arrived in perfect shape, we pumped out our water bed and placed this one in the frame and cut it open and it expanded and fit in our frame perfect (we ordered a Cal King) It is about 2 inches higher than the bed rails that held the water bed. We slept on it the first night and didn't notice any smell, YES it's alot firmer than the water bed but after a few days the memory foam top expands and softens up some. Overall the bed is very comfortable and the aches and pains are gone, we are sleeping better than we have in years. As for value you can't beat it, we tried the brand name beds in stores and couldn't see spending all that money on them. I had a 10% off coupon from overstock so with shiping it was still under $XXX, you can't beat that deal at any store for a bed of this quality.

Great mattress
My husband & I love this mattress. He is 100 lbs heavier than myself, & still the mattress is wonderful for both of us. Also, he likes a firm mattress & I like a soft mattress & we are both happy with this mattress. ONLY thing is, be patient, it took 2 weeks for the softness to develop enough for me. So if you like a soft mattress, give it time to delevope after unpacking it. (my husband still finds it firm for himself). Don't know how that works, but do know that we sleep, on average, 3 to 4 hours longer than on our old regular mattress & with no more pain in our shoulders, hips, or neck. LOVE this mattress & would suggest it to everyone. I had tried out Tempurpedic, Embody Stillness, & many, many other memory foam mattresses, still happy we bought this one. Arrived in 7 days, perfect shape, no orders, & slept on it that night.

bodipedic memory foam mattress
i love my new bed. i came from a waterbed. i had had one for 20 years or more. thought i could not sleep on anything but a water bed. my hips had gotten to hurting me in the waterbed. it was also very hard to turn over in a waterbed. i looked at this bed and thought i would give it a try. my husband and i both love the bed. i would never have anything but it. the only bad thing about it is it is very warm in the summer. i think i need to get another top for it to stay cool in the summer.
