Very happy with this purchase - no complaints at all!
This ottoman is everything I expected except I was hoping for a lighter brown color. It is pretty much the way it looks online, like a cordovan color on shoes. I do like the storage aspect and the heaviness so it doesn't slide too easily like the ones we did use with wheels. I can prop my feet up or brace my feet against it and it stays in place unless I intentionally push it away. The quality of the piece is excellent.
What a wonderful addition to our living room. The color is cordovan-it's beautiful and exactly as I pictured it. Very solid and sturdy and the leather is unblemished and soft and supple. As for delivery, I think it was 2 days. There was no assembly, out of the box and ready to use. The top flips over so you can put your drinks or snack on without fear of the falling off, although i can leave a drink on the leather and feel it won't slide off because it is so sturdy. I recommend this ottoman- it takes up a lot less space than a coffee table and if you don't need two you can side one under a window or invite some it sit on it. I am very pleased with my purchase. I love these! I needed something for people to be able to set their drinks and snacks upon but wanted to have extra sitting or foot stools, when needed. These are perfect! They are a darker brown than a larger ottoman that I have had for years but they blend beautifully, due to a very slight reddish undertone in the leather. They are heavier than I expected, which is great as far as I'm concerned. They require no assembly. (Yippee!) Shipping was fast. Packing was excellent. I would recommend these to my friends and family.
I bought two of these ottoman to replace a larger fabric ottoman. They add nice contrast to the fabric sofa and chairs. They are solid and provide extra portable seating. I love the serving trays and the extra storage room. The workmanship is excellent...although the brown is not a true brown but rather a cordova brown...a bit of a reddish tint.
