Furniture arrived by freight dropped off and checked with driver. Everything intact. Service was professional. This set replaced an old lazyboy set. It was much lighter than the lazy boy set but took 2 people to carry upstairs. Easy to put together very soft and very comfortable. It reclines very far back so your almost lying flat. My husband who is the most fussy person I have ever met is also a big fan. We love out new set best of all we did not have to waste hours in a store looking and looking.

This was the first time I used Overstock.com and the first time buying furniture online but I am very happy with everything. Only took 2 weeks to get, someone called to schedule a drop off time. This couldnt of went any smoother!! Definitely, worth the money!

The product came on time and packaging was great--no shipping damage. We got a couch and loveseat in one delivery. The boxes were too big to bring into the house and just a little to heavy to move so I unpackaged them in the driveway and brought the parts in one at a time. It took me and my husband to carry the couch seat and loveseat seat portions. The backs were in their own packages and were each easy to carry. In a nutshell, here are the positives for the purchase: --it was a cinch to put the backs onto the couch and loveseat, perhaps 15 minutes total time --the weight of the furniture is considerably less than the ones we were replacing, so they are easier for me to manage for cleaning the room, etc. --the cushion support is very good --the construction of the furniture is good, I think these will really hold up --the fabric is very soft and comfortable and easy to clean --the reclining is perfect, they go all the way back so you can sleep in them if you are so inclined --the recline doesn't push back against the wall so you can have them fairly close to the wall without damage --the height of the backs is excellent and there is full head/neck support and the shape of the seats is perfect, very comfortable. I worried about buying them sight unseen since I have sat in various couches in the stores and didn't like more than half of them. But these are more comfortable than any that I tried in the stores, so that worked out great. The negatives: --the seats are a bit high and I am short, so my feet don't quite touch the floor! My husband is also short and I think his feet barely touch. I think that perhaps the cushions might eventually sink down a bit, and so this should take care of the issue. In any case, they are still comfortable, and I usually sit with my feet under me anyway. Bottom line: very good furniture at a very fair price. Far easier to buy online and get the delivery to my door than to figure out how to get it from the store to home.

We have needed new living room furniture for a while now. We are really picky and have been looking for at least a year for a set that would meet our needs. The back of the sofa and loveseat are very high. The cushions are soft but are firm enough that they should hold up well. The fabric is plush- almost like a microfiber. It is over all a very nice set. Now, I am going to mention the few things I am not crazy about. It takes a LOT of effort to click the foot rests of the recliners back in place. You will pretty much have to get out of the seat, turn, and push them back in place. Also, the arm rests are pretty low. Nothing that a throw pillow or two won't fix. I am not going to make a bigger deal out of it than it is. Delivery was super fast. This was ordered a few weeks ago and the freight company wanted to schedule delivery a several days ago. Total time from order to door was 18 days. Much less than the 6 weeks I was anticipating. I am VERY happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I will not hesitate to purchase major furniture pieces from Overstock.com again.

This couch and loveseat is even better in person. It is not just solid brown color, actually has almost two tone. The fabric is thick and soft and the cushions very soft. I knew I would like the set from the pictures and reviews, but I was even more happy when it was received. Packaging and delivery went well except they only delivered to the driveway and only one person delivered. If you like the set and are on the fence about getting, get it because you won't be disappointed!!!!!
