this set is not the best quality but it gets the job done, at first I had a difficult time not burning my food, because I was used to my old worn out set that needed double the time to heat, and a higher temperature to cook the food right.
An outstanding set of pans for the price! I love cooking in them. They heat more evenly and cook quicker than my other set....just one problem, food sticks to it....but i guess that's better than cooking with nonstock pots.
Everything sticks to these pans! They do heat up very quickly and evenly but everything sticks and scortches in them even on low heat. The handles are already coming off and I have only had them but for a few months. Do not buy. Save your money on nonstick if you want to eat whatever you cook in these pans without it being stuck to the bottom. Unless you are boiling pasta or cooking vegetables with water, don't bother.
