It really is the best umbrella I've ever had, including ones that cost quite a bit more. Strong, big, easy to raise/lower, sturdy. I'm really glad I bought it.

The umbrella is definitely in the "Fair" Category. It is very flimsy and blows around a lot in the wind. There should be a vent hole at the top. Even with the oscillating function, you have to move the umbrella around for shade, as it does not bend deeply enough. I feel the price was too high for the product and it appears one of the two I purchased was returned once already.

I ordered this in July of '07. During the off months I stored this in it's original box in the garage. When I took it out this spring the umbrella would not stay open and the tilt feature no longer worked. This was a total waste of money and the umbrella is heading to the local landfill.

This is a great umbrella for the money. Very sturdy and easy to open

the unbrella is nice, just what I expected. Although, the two times that I've ordered from you my shipment took well over 2 weeks to arive and once it arrived the packages were completely tore up and the product was exposed, and one of the times my wood shelf unit was broken. I like your products but am hessitent to order from you again because of your extremely poor and slow shipping. Just horrible.

The umbrella was the quality I expected for a good value. The shipping took much longer than expected.

Was shipped quickly. Can't wait for the warm weather to use the umbrella
