This headboard really made my smaller bedroom look quite finished. It was easy to assemble, matched beautifully with the other furniture in the room and is whimsical enough to make me smile every time I look at it.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this headboard really is nice quality and shipped safely but it is not blue. Looking at the picture now I guess I should have figured the color to be more like lilac - which it is. I purchased the bed for my 3 year old son and we are going to paint the slats of the headboard to match his room better. Still a great value and I'm glad I got the bed but look closely at the picture as the color really is lilac - and not blue!
