Black and Silver Fleur de Lis Photo Frame

The frame is beautiful and I would recommend. Unfortunately it was sent in a flimsy brown bubblewrap envelope. When my frame arrived, the glass was broken. There was not sufficient packaging to protect my purchase. Nor was there any indication that the package was fragile. Returning items not as easy as purchasing items. I complained to Overstock and was offered a discount off my purchase for my troubles. I stressed to the customer service rep that the shipping dept must be educated on the proper packaging requirements when shipping breakable items. I have never had troubles with Overstock shipping before, but then again, I have never purchased anything breakable before. I may have to think twice next time.
