Great light
Bought two of these for my bedroom. They are just gorgeous! Bigger than I thought, but that was just my fault for not measuring! I am looking to order more similar lights and have done more work on size. These are beautiful! Shade is not solid material but closely placed thread type, which surprised me, but awesome all the same. Glass crystals are good quality, which I was concerned about ordering online. I do lots of online shopping before I purchase anything and Overstock almost always has the best prices!

Perfect!
I'm surprised to be the first person to review this item. I can only guess that it is relatively new and so not many people have purchased it yet. I bought this chandelier for my new bathroom. I love chandeliers and plan to put them in every room in my house. This one is perfect for the bathroom because of the semi flush mount. A tall person walking below will not hit their head on it. My contractor is 6'3" and still had a couple inches of clearance. Besides the practicality for my purpose, it is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Seriously. I was so ridiculously happy the first time I saw it lit. It casts beautiful shadows making the room feel sexy and dreamy. Just what you want in a bathroom... haha

one word- AMAZING!
This purchase was by far one of my best yet. The drum shade is so unique. Because of its tiny strands, it casts a beautiful glow without the shade being too heavy or overpowering . I have it in my bedroom & its the perfect addition. When on, it looks like I have wallpaper with the shadow displays on the walls!

Many compliments
I have a 1929 house and used this in my foyer. Within 2 weeks I have had several compliments. At night the shade creates a neat looking shadow on the wall since the shade is made out of verticle lines/fabric. The crytals add a touch of class. The price is reasonable in case we decide to change in 5 years or so.

Great-looking Chandeliers
I bought two of these chandeliers for my Jack and Jill bath. They are flush mounted, which works well with my average-height ceilings. All parts were included, and there were extras. The crystals, which were just like crystals on my vintage chandeliers, were easy to install, which we recommend doing before you hang the fixture. My husband did the final installation himself, and I think I heard only one expletive! The chandeliers really add a nice touch of glamour to my bathrooms. An unexpected treat is that the fixtures throw off light on the walls which looks like pin-striped wallpaper--really beautiful. I am very pleased. Great value in my opinion.

Good Value
This product is a pretty good value for the price. There are some flaws, such as the plastic crystals, and the chrome finish is not great near the top of the fixture. However, it's a nice piece and only shows the flaws when close up. Works great in my kitchen.
