They arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They hold a ton of stuff! The material is polyester so they have a little slide friendliness when you pull them out from under the bed. I wish they were a little more slippery on the bottom for ease of sliding them on a carpet when they are holding lots of weight because of their contents ;-) They really increase storage ability. The velcro strap is the only handle and that is what you pull them out with. The top is hinged so they don't have to come all the way out unless you want what is in the back. I have sheets in the back of one, so they only have to come out when I change the bed, not daily, and yet they free up the linen closet for stuff I want to get at all the time. We bought four and have them under a queen size bed. I am very happy with them.
