I bought this to use in one of my guest rooms as a day bed and it is PERFECT! Putting it togther by myself wasn't too difficult but it was a little time consuming so I recommend having someone help you. I put it up against the wall length wise and it looks great; decorated it with a comforter and tons of pillows and it is FABULOUS! I couldn't be happier. Plus... there's ample storage underneath... awesome!

The bed frame was easy to assemble and sturdy. If you don't need a headboard, this is a great bed.

Pro: -Easy to assemble -Very tall! I easily fit under the bed when I adjusted the posts after setting it up, and I'm a 5'9" female. -Works great for memory foam mattresses, even with no box spring -Strong support -Doesn't cause the mattress to be lumpy (like a futon) Con: -Directions are not clear. Luckily, the frame was easy to figure out. -Poor packaging! That doesn't affect the quality of the product, but there was broken, shedding styrofoam strips all over the box and took me at least 45 minutes to vacuum out of my carpet. Not good when you have indoor pets who like to eat random things on the floor. -The outer posts on the bed are hard to secure. There is a screw you insert around each edge to secure the outer posts, and a portion of the frame is in the way of the head of the screw. If you don't have the right screwdriver to reach around that portion of frame, you can't tightly secure the outer posts. Overall, I like the product!

Great bed frame for what we were looking for (for our 4 year old daughter) because it sits high enough off the ground to create AMPLE toy storage underneath. My only complaint with it is because of the design, you can really feel the disecting bars if you sit on the bed, which my husband and/or I do a lot. I was not looking to spend a lot of money, and I didn't with this bed. So for what we were looking for, I think it was a good buy. Easy to put together too. Unfortunately because of the bar thing, I don't know that our daughter will be able to grow with it into her teens like we originally planned. I think the bars will soon bother her as well.

This bed frame is great if you don't want to have to purchase a box spring for your twin mattress. The serpentine supports cover the whole frame and are tied together to provide good support for a mattress. The assembly took longer than it should have because one of the bolt holes was not drilled out, so we had to get a metal-cutting drill bit to punch it through. Once it was assembled, though, it is nice and sturdy.
