Black 'Sonic' Glass Flat Screen Mount Entertainment Unit

Very poor quality, needed lots of cleaning before assembling the glass shelves. Had to stagger the TV mounting brackets so TV would not tilt to one side. Directions were terrible for assembly...called washers ans bolts - screws. i thought the stand was supposed to telescope and it did not, maybe I misread the description when purchasing. Too many left over parts.

Having limited space and unable to penetrate old brick and timber walls for hanging a wall mount, I was happy to see this adaptable unit. The side to side adjustment of the screen was helpful in keeping an eye on the screen in kitchen or office. Wires can be hidden, the footprint of the bottom shelf is small and only the cable box and DVD player are on shelves. Neater. I had seen the general storage idea in a*** catalogue at almost $700...this was a great reduced price at $$$ at the time. Thanks, O.

What a dissapointment-Purchased this for my disabled son to watch tv in his bed-way too low & fragile -once together, you're afraid to move it, no less put anthing on it-

The base and shelf were a pleasant surprise in that the glass has flecks in it, adding some dimension and visual texture. I ran into the same issue others have complained about, that the shelf mounts are not rounded and they are mounted to the oval shaped support stand. The included "L" shaped allen wrench will not get the assembly done. I over came this by using a screwdriver with an allen shaped bit. That fix worked perfectly, the shelf installed just fine. So, 4 stars, yes i would recommend, included tool is garbage, use a allen driver. If you dont have a driver with an allen bit, don't order this, it will just be frustrating. But i had the proper tools at home, and the TV stand looks great.
