A good machine for the price
I bought this ice maker because our refrigerator (dutch door with ice and water in the door) did not make enough ice. So far the machine is working just fine and makes about 1/2 a gallon bag of ice in 45 minutes. Once the bag is full we store it in the freezer section. The color of the machine, black, matches our other appliances. Overall it seems that portable ice makers are expensive for what they do, but this product seemed to be the best deal comparing cost, shipping, and sales tax. Since I live out in the country it saves me the time and expense of picking up additional ice. I have only had the ice maker for approximately 1 month, but thus far I am happy with the purchase.

Little Black Ice Maker
The maker works fast! But the ice has a strange taste from the way it is made. Takes a little getting used to. For my needs, the taste does not come into play. Once full, the red light under the full picture comes on. You can either empty the drawer or let the ice in it melt back into the water tank and it will start making the ice all over again.

Portable ice maker
What a pain to run out of ice. What a pain to have to run from where u are to the fridge to get more ice. This is the little ice maker that could. I bought one for my art/computer room and it is right behind me so all i have to do is turn my chair. I love it. I drink tons of water all day and to be able to have ice for my water or any other beverage in a matter of minutes is wonderful.. Just be sure to clean it and the points inside. I have used mine for a year now non stop. OH and the other great thing is u can make 3 sizes of cubes -- they are round so they can be put into water bottles and such.

A LOUSY ICE MAKER. BROKE IN TWO MONTHS. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR OVERSTOCK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The perfect little ice maker
This little ice maker is a for my small home bar, it can keep up with my bar tending needs quite well. While it is on a large capacity ice make it does great for my needs.

Compact Ice maker
I am satisfied, especially with speed. Disappointed, however, that ice has to be removed so fast Was not clear enough to me that the unit will not preserve ice, wven for a half hour or so.
