I am delighted with the Black Leather and Chrome Ottoman that I ordered from Overstock.com. It was delivered as promised. It was packed very, very well, so there was not any damage upon arrival, something I am not able to say about some Internet purchases I have made for furniture (which have been packed poorly, with thin packaging allowing damage). This was NOT the case with Overstock.com. The item arrived in perfect condition, is exactly what I expected from the web site and is now displayed proudly in my home. I am very, very pleased with everything about this purchase, including the excellent value for the price.
