After I spent over an hour putting it together (I didn't mind that part) a couple of the nuts were stripped and the arms were swinging around (even the ones that weren't stripped). We had to go to the store and buy new ones for all of the arms (the stripped ones and the ones that were too big). It turned out beautiful after all of that though.

Other than the instructions being horrible and containing different pictures for one product, the product itselt had a few flaws. Although it looks beautiful from afar, 2 out of 6 hooks were broken. Since they are so small, I did not realize this until the piece was actually hung to the ceiling and I was just adding the final touches. Eventhough I had to improvise as to how I would attach the two remaining crystal pieces, I would not have expected to be shipped a deformed product.

this chandelier is so much prettier in real life than in the picture! I couldn't believe it when I saw it hung. The only problem is that it came without any of the crystals. I called overstock and they are being shipped to me.

This chandelier is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice -- it's more lovely live. The chandelier shipped complete and, although traveling from California, arrived in a timely fashion without delay. A fantastic purchase and phenomenal value for a crystal chandelier that includes the lamp shades. Assembly was very easy. The only unexpected item is the color, which is not a solid black. What appears like brush strokes are present providing more of a dark espresso finish with somewhat chocolatey red hues. Although, it is subtle. If chandelier is hung higher than an 8 foot ceiling, this will not be noticeable and it appears black.

This is the first time I have purchased an item from overstock.com. I have searched many stores for the perfect chandelier. The retail giants had all the same same same. The specialty stores had beautiful ones, but they were outrageously priced. I am so very satisfied with my chandelier. It looks so good in my kitchen. My plan is to even use the same fabric I am making my roman shades with to cover the lamp shades on the chandelier. It will be perfect. This lamp was a breeze to put together. No problems at all.
