The rack was rusty in spots. Need a better paint job. I had to spray paint myself in spots.

One of the welded loops was broken in shipping. I fashioned a fix by drilling a hole (hard to do on a tube) and using an eye bolt. Then I did the same thing to add support to the 3 unbroken loops on the larger shelves (not trusting the welds.) Then repainting was required. I sprayed black gloss over their very flat black. The end result was a beautiful, space efficient rack that looks great in our living room.
