When I received the package I started to assemble it and there was a nylon plug missing from one of the wooden boards. I contacted support and they were very helpful and they said they would re send me the part right away which they did. When I received the part I then finished building the unit. When I was finished everything looked great but the bottom drawer did not quite close all the way. A week later after I have filled it with my files the bottom drawers metal line that holds the files up completely came off and now the bottom drawer sticks out even more. I was very disappointed with this product and its quality. I am going to have to now find another cabinet to replace this.

The assembly has been so difficult we haven't yet managed to get the cabinet put together. Front/back and top/bottom are different on all pieces, but not labeled. The instructions are incomplete, unclear, and unreliable. Our attempts to fix a piece that we inadvertently installed backwards (because of unclear labeling) resulted in broken dowels, cracked veneer, and the cabinet already looking a bit beat up even though it's still technically brand new. It's unfortunate, since with better conceived instructions, the cabinet is lovely and fit our needs precisely.

The drawers are not very deep but for the price it was a great value.

Arrived in a gagillion pieces...but after about 45 minutes for each, was very disappointed in the size of the actual drawer opening size and the little amount of hanging folders it will actually hold. If I hadn't already put them together, I would return. They are a bit overpriced for the overall product considering labor time and lack of drawer space. I've been buying from Overstock for many years. Love their prices and their products. But this was my first purchase that I regret.

If you want to throw money away I would suggest doing just that instead of purchasing this piece of junk. Nothing lines up as far as assembly, screws are miserably small and useless and the poles for holding files are so junky I dont even think they will withstand the weight of a single file. Piece of junk in case I didnt say that enough already.

The cabinet itself looks like the picture on line and the material is reasonable quality. This would have been a nice cabinet if it had not fallen appart when pciked up to move. It was very diffidult to put together as the parts did not fit together easily. Once put together the drawers would not fit flush to the cabinet. I was very unhappy with purchase and decided to just throw away rahter than dealing with shipping back. Picked it up and after carring a few steps the whole thing just fell appart.

This is pretty, but very cheap. The drawers don't match up, and we had to use dry wall screws to finish the task. It took a long time and lots of effort to assemble. I wouldn't buy another one, nor would I recommend this particular product.

good quality, but it's not really "distressed" - there were a couple of "stress" marks on it, but not enough to call it "distressed" - i may take matters into my own hands with the "distressing" of the piece! my fiance put it together and it took him about 2 hours - and he is quite handy. lots of pieces of wood, mollies, glue, etc. very heavy. it does the trick, but the drawers do not open all the way so you can't stuff the file cabinet the way i would have liked to. all in all a great product, especially for the money
