I like that the fixture is made of glass and aluminum rather than plastics. It should hold up very well under the strong New Mexico sun which can really eat up plastic. I gave it 4 stars for durability only becasue I've had them installed for only a couple of weeks and don't yet know how it will last over the long term, especially the electroncis. They are very good looking, simple. Using flourescent bulbs the light has a very slight flutter, maybe because it has been very cold at night since I put them in,
