Poor Quality I'd had a Black & Decker Handi Chopper for 30 years before it broke a few months ago. It didn't actually break -- the motor simply wore out. I ordered another one, since I was so pleased with my first one. The plastic is flimsy and the top to the chopper broke within the first 3 months I had it. You can't use it without the top, so the thing is useless. The quality is no longer there.
