Great customer service
I purchased a refurbished model and it arrived with the wrong cable guard. I called Black and Decker and they said they would send me the correct part or I could have it repaired at one of their service centers. I got the guard to fit but when I turned the trimmer on smoke started to come out of the motor and it froze up. I called Overstock and they sent me a return label for a full refund. I've purchased refurbished merchandise before and hadn't had a problem until now. This is the first item I've had to return to Overstock and their customer service was great. Too bad we can't just rate the service separately. The stars are for them but I had to say Good rather than Excellent because I had to return the trimmer.

So far great trimmer.....
So far so good....... I had a glitch at first but with minor correction on string and brush use it performed great. I did my whole front lawn with it when winter (Florida) did not need to bring out the mower, I did see the negative reviews and was looking out for the complaints to happen. It is comfortable and powerful to use for my applications.... I'll be back in touch if my initial impressions change...especially to the minus column...(-;
