I had to replace a Black & Decker Toaster Oven I had for 12 years. I didn't think I could ever replace the one I had, I mean it did everything and it was my go to appliance in the summer or when I didn't want to turn on the stove. I was skeptical at first because the title stated perfect broil and I didn't want a broiler just a convention toaster oven. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised on how large it is on the inside. You can really fit a 12 inch pizza and an entire chicken! I love my new toaster oven and glad I didn't let the title fool me. It's stainless steel and looks great in my kitchen.

  • Good product, poor customer service

    I previously owned the CTO4400 toaster oven and loved it. However, it doesn't seem like that model is available anymore, but I did find this model (CTO4300) available from a number of online retailers. Prior to purchasing this item, I wanted to ensure that this model had the same door hook feature that pulls the rack out part way when the door is opened. I submitted a question and received an answer from Overstock customer service that this model did, in fact, have door hooks. So, I bought it. However, when I received the item, I found that there were no hooks. Other than that feature, this toaster oven is identical to CTO4400, which is great. The low rating is more reflective of the customer service aspect of this purchase, rather than the item itself.

  • Great Toaster Oven!

    I bought this Black & Decker toaster oven to replace a very similar one that was finally worn out. I am very pleased with this oven. It's a regular toaster oven (not convection) and heats up quickly. It's roomy inside because it has the same dimensions as my old one. The knobs are easy to turn and it doesn't burn food. I have used it to toast English muffins and regular bread so far, but plan to use it to bake items and warm up food in the near future. The outside dimensions are approximately 17 inches ( across the back) x 16 1-2 inches across the top x 9 1/2 inches from the bottom to the top. It measures about just smidge over 11 inches from the back of the unit to the front. The only slight disappointment is the baking pan and broiler that came with this toaster oven are much lighter than the ones that came with my Black & Decker ******* that was bought it in 2006 before companies began to economize like they have in recent years. The good news is that my baking & broiler pans from the ******* fit perfectly inside this unit, so I will definitely hang onto them. If you have you are looking to replace the ****** model, it has been long been discontinued. This model actually replaced the one I had, but this was the only place I could find this model. It is not even available from ******. I think it's a great toaster oven for the money and am very pleased!

  • I am shopping for my mother. She will only accept a toaster oven that will fit both a 9 x 13" pan AND (not at the same time) a standard-size bundt-cake pan. Is this the toaster oven for her?
